Refunds

Once a key is activated, the sale is final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If a key has not been activated and isn't working, contact [email protected] — we'll fix it or refund it. A chargeback on an activated license results in immediate revocation.

MandateGuard enforces the policies you configure. You are responsible for the caps, allowlists and thresholds you set, and for approvals your workspace grants. Receipts are tamper-evident records of decisions made under your policy; they are not a guarantee of vendor behaviour after an ALLOW.
