Privacy policy

We store only what the policy engine needs: your workspace name and email, agent names, policy settings, and mandate receipts (vendor, amount, task reference, decision). License keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes. We do not store your agents' payment credentials — MandateGuard decides on spends; it never moves money. Webhook URLs you configure receive approval notifications only. Contact [email protected] for export or deletion of your workspace data.
